Cancellation Policy

# Linny Laundry Policies ## Weekly Refresh Membership The Weekly Refresh Membership automatically renews each month until canceled. * Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. * Unused weekly pickups do not roll over. * Your membership includes up to **three standard-sized laundry bags** at each scheduled pickup. * If a pickup exceeds what is considered a standard household load, we'll always reach out before service to discuss the best option. No surprise charges. * Need to skip a week? No problem! Just let us know at least **24 hours before your scheduled pickup**. ### What's a standard bag? Think a typical household laundry bag or hamper bag, not an oversized contractor bag packed to the brim. At Linny, we believe in being fair. If something looks a little out of the ordinary, we'll always contact you before making any adjustments to your order. Our goal is to make laundry easier, not more complicated. --- ## Pickup & Cancellation Policy Life happens—we get it. * Pickup changes or cancellations must be made at least **24 hours** before your scheduled pickup window. * Missed pickups or same-day cancellations may be subject to a **$10 trip fee**. * If we're unable to access your laundry during your scheduled pickup, we'll happily work with you to reschedule. --- ## Laundry Policy We treat every order with care. To help us provide the best service, please keep the following in mind: * Please check all pockets before pickup. * Linny Laundry is not responsible for items left in pockets, including cash, jewelry, electronics, pens, gum, or other personal belongings. * Unless special care instructions are provided before service, all garments will be washed according to their care labels. * We do not hand wash, air dry, or separately launder specialty items unless arranged in advance. * Heavily soiled items, pet bedding, or items contaminated with bodily fluids may require an additional cleaning fee or may be declined for health and safety reasons. --- ## Lost or Damaged Items While we take every precaution, accidents can happen. * Any concerns must be reported within **48 hours** of delivery. * Linny Laundry's liability is limited to the current value of the garment, not its replacement cost. * We cannot guarantee items with pre-existing damage, delicate fabrics, manufacturer defects, or garments with missing or weakened stitching. --- ## Delivery Policy * **Everyday Clean:** Returned with
